Tournament Rules

  • All games will be played on the East and West fields at Lindhardt Park (South Park) or North Park.
  • Games will be 1 hour and 30 minutes with a new game starting every 1 hour and 45 minutes. No new innings will be started after 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Umpires are directed to start the games on time. Once a game is finished, the next two teams need to be ready to take the field to start the next game on time.
  • There will be a coin flip to determine which team is Home/Visitor.
  • The team designated as home team will keep the official scorebook and will track and report innings pitched to the concession stand.
  • Scorekeepers will confer after each inning.
  • Every pitcher is limited to nine (9) innings for the tournament, but no more than six (6) innings per day. If a pitcher pitches three (3) innings or less in a game, he may pitch the next game. If a pitcher pitches four (4) innings or more, he must wait one game before pitching again, even if the next game is the following day. One pitch in any inning constitutes an inning.
  • Pitchers will be allowed five (5) warm up pitches each inning. A new pitcher entering the game will be allowed eight (8) pitches.
  • Pitching distance is 46 feet.
  • The complete roster will bat. All innings will consist of three (3) outs.
  • Bunting is allowed.
  • May steal after pitch crosses home plate. If a player leaves early, this will result in the player being called out.
  • Championship game(s) will be six innings with no time limits.
  • All other rules per Little League rulebook.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. Umpires can eject coaches, players, and fans. If a player or coach is ejected during play, an automatic suspension of one additional game will apply. Please clean the dug out after each game.
